Prices are starting points. You get a written quote for your business before any work starts.
Vesca is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.
AI Readiness Session

A practical session, not a sales pitch. We walk through a normal week in your business: the emails, quotes, documents, reports and questions that eat your team's time. Then we pick the few jobs where AI will make a real difference, and the ones where it won't.
You get
- A short questionnaire beforehand, so the session goes straight to the useful part
- A live demonstration on one of your own tasks, using your own (non-confidential) documents
- A one-page written plan: which tasks, which tools, what it will roughly cost per month, and what to do first
- Straight answers on data, POPIA and what AI gets wrong
Free when you go ahead: if you order a Claude Setup or Custom Agent within 30 days, the session fee comes off your invoice.
Good for: owners and managers who keep hearing about AI and want to know what it would really do for their business.
Claude Setup

Most people try an AI chat tool, get an ordinary answer, and give up. The difference is in the setup: giving it your company's knowledge, your way of writing, and clear instructions for each kind of work. We do that work for you, then teach your team to use it.
You get
- Advice on the right Claude plan for your team, with the accounts set up in your company's name (you own them, not us)
- Shared workspaces (Claude "Projects") for areas such as sales, admin or HR, loaded with your price lists, templates, policies and examples
- Instructions so Claude writes in your company's voice, in South African English
- Connections to the tools you already use, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, where your plan supports them
- A 2-hour hands-on training session for your team, using their real work
- A one-page "how we use AI here" guide for staff: what is fine, what needs checking, and what never goes in
- 30 days of email support after setup
Claude subscriptions are billed by Anthropic directly to your company, in US dollars, separately from our fee. We tell you the expected monthly cost before you commit.
Custom Agent

When one task comes up dozens of times a day, it is worth building an assistant just for it. We build it on Claude, test it on your real examples, and keep a person in charge of anything that goes out to a customer.

- An enquiry assistant that answers common questions from your website or email, and hands the rest to a person
- A quote assistant that turns your notes or a client's request into a draft quote from your price list
- An inbox helper that sorts incoming email and drafts replies for staff to approve

Running costs (Anthropic's usage charges, and any messaging or hosting fees) are passed on at cost and estimated in the quote. Monthly support and improvements are quoted with the build.
Ongoing support
After setup, many businesses want someone on call: to add new workspaces, train new staff, adjust an assistant, or answer the odd "can it do this?" question. Monthly support is quoted to fit the size of your team and what you use.
Questions people ask
Do I or my staff need to be technical?
No. If you can write an email, you can use Claude. The training uses your own work, in plain language.
Is our business information safe?
We set you up on Claude's business plans, which come under Anthropic's commercial terms rather than its consumer terms. We also help you decide what information should never go into any AI tool, and write that into your staff guide. For legal questions about POPIA, we recommend confirming with your own adviser.
What does Claude itself cost?
That depends on the plan and the number of people. Anthropic bills your company directly in US dollars. We give you the expected monthly cost in the Readiness Session or the quote, before you commit.
Why Claude and not ChatGPT or Copilot?
All of them are capable. We specialise in Claude so that we know it thoroughly and can set it up well. If your business already runs on another tool and it suits you, we'll tell you honestly.
Do you work outside Gauteng?
Yes. Sessions and training work well online anywhere in South Africa. On-site visits are in Gauteng; further afield by arrangement.
Is Vesca part of Anthropic?
No. Vesca is an independent South African business that builds with Claude. We are not part of Anthropic or endorsed by it.
