This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Like any website, the hosting company (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

When you contact us

If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply, to prepare quotes, and to provide services you ask for. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Client work

When we set up AI tools for a client, we handle the client's information only as needed to do the work agreed in the quote, and we agree in writing how any personal information is to be handled.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Email info@vesca.co.za. The information officer is Raymond Koekemoer.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
